Kalanchoe Gastonis-bonnier (Donkey Ears)

If you have very little garden space, this Kalanchoe will need to be kept in a pot all on it’s own. It can grow up to 90cm tall and wider still and develops plantlets along the leaf margins, this is Donkey Ears way of ‘pupping.’ Donkey Ears are winter active and flowers generally in Springtime.

If kept in the ground, Donkey Ears becomes a little difficult to control as it pups so freely from every leaf margin and can take root and spread like a weed.
