Crassula Ovata (Gollum)

CrassulaGollum

Gollum is a small shrub type succulent, growing up to 90cm tall and 60cm wide. The leaves form a tubular pattern which can assist to distinguish it against it’s sister Crassula Ovata ‘Hobbit.’ The leaves on a Hobbit are curled back around and more of a spoon shape rather than tubes.

It is very attractive as a container plant however creates a nice textural contrast in any succulent garden bed tapestry. The tips of the leaves turn red when exposed to full sun. It can also survive in part shade/morning sun but will remain more green.
