Aeonium Sedifolium (Dwarf Aeonium)

Aeonium-Sedifolium_main-image

Unlike any other Aeonium I’ve ever laid my eyes on, this Dwarf Aeonium is such a cutie! Growing only up to 15cm tall and wide, with rosettes of only 1.3cm this little guy reminds me of a Sedum Jelly Beans… not an Aeonium! Its light green leaves are more rounded with red stripes and are sticky to the touch which makes it hard to remove any tiny particles of potting mix!

Flowers appear in Spring and like all Aeoniums, Sedifolium is dormant in Summer so slow watering down in this period.
